**Technical profile/**Your duties**:
**Infrastructure Management**:

- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of hardware infrastructure including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure management

**Firewall and Security Management**:

- Manage firewall system to protect the company's network from unauthorized access and security threats.
- Knowledge of security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard company data and assets.

**Internet Connectivity Management**:

- Monitor and optimize internet connectivity to ensure stable and high-speed access for all users.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues, working with service providers to resolve outages or performance issues.

**Software Tools Administration**:

- Administer software tools and platforms used by developers for coding, version control, collaboration, and project management.
- Install and maintain development environments and development frameworks to support software development activities.
- Provide technical support to developers on the use of software tools and best practices.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions for common IT issues to facilitate knowledge sharing and problem resolution.

**Who we are looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT (Helpdesk, infrastructure management and cloud solutions) preferably in a software development environment
- Effective communication in English **is a Must**:

- Strong knowledge of hardware systems including servers, storage devices, and networking equipment.
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and management, with using firewalls from vendors such as Sonic wall or Fortinet.
- Experience with network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
- Familiarity with internet connectivity technologies such as VPNs, LAN and WAN.
- Knowledge of information security best practices and familiarity with security tools such endpoint protection.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
