- Responsible for all logistics, procurement, communication and tracking of our purchase orders from receiving PR till delivery to our customers.
- Place, revise, prepare the order with vendors.
- Prepare and revise all custom clearance required documents including bank documents before the arrival of goods.
- Communicate for collection of goods and arrange shipping with freight forwarders, track the carrier AWB to follow and know the arrival date.
- Collect shipping documents from carriers.
- Perform and follow up the custom clearance process with clearance brokers and agents in all ports.
- Communicate with different local authorities as (EDA, NTRA, NFSA, security authorities, chemical.. etc) for import & export shipments to finish all related documents to clear the goods from port.
- Transporting of goods from port to our inventory and from our inventory to customers.
- Report any problems and find a solution to solve them.
- Establish good relation and communication with all related parties to facilitate the goods clearance.
- Prepare all needed reports and update relevant procedures related to logistics workflow and customs clearance process.
- Responsible on goods export, starting from goods collection till the issue of AWB.
- Experience in food, medical equipment and pharmaceuticals logistics and clearance procedures is highly recommended.
- SAP business one user is highly recommended.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in shipping and purchasing.
- Strong understanding of Logistics systems and countries regulations.
- Excellent English writing and speaking.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
