**Your Day in a Nutshell Might Include**:

- Helping senior and mid-level engineers grow their skills and experience.
- Developing features and improvements to our product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Collaborating with Product Management and other stakeholders to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative agile environment.
- Crafting code that meets our standards for style, maintainability, and best practices while maintaining and advocating for these standards through code review.
- Documenting the development process, architecture, and standard components.
- Staying up to date with new trends and best practices.
- Participating in all phases of the development life cycle.

- You have exposure to Ruby on Rails, Ionic, Angular, Flutter
