**About our Client**:
Our client is a leading player in the Agriculture Industry, specializing in the export of high-quality agricultural products. We are currently seeking an experienced Export Manager to drive our international sales and expansion efforts.

**About the Role**:
The Export Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the export operations of agricultural products. You will develop strategic plans to enhance our market presence in various international markets, establish relationships with clients and distributors, and ensure compliance with export regulations. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of the agricultural sector, and strong negotiation abilities are essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute export strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify potential international markets for agricultural products and explore new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key clients and distributors to promote product lines.
- Oversee all export documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs in different regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor export performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Provide training and support to team members on export practices and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in export management, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
- Proven track record of successful export sales and market expansion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience in managing export documentation and logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
