**Primary responsibilities**:

- Uploading and listing products on various online platforms such as eBay Amazon and other marketplaces. experience on using ebay and Amazon is a must requirement. Using back-end of word press is a bonus.
- Optimising listings to increase sales conversion Identify any problem areas and liaise with relevant channels. Ensure marketplaces are updated with the latest products and items.
- Data entry into the system of required screening parameters (dates, duration, locations etc)
- Design basic content templates and guide clients/partners on using them
- Simple image editing to ensure quality visual display on the screen
- Adjust file format, amend picture compress files, refine resolution etc
- Overseeing the message centre. Dealing with customer queries with care and consideration in a prompt fashion.
- Must possess outstanding communication skills to liaise with the UK team. Customer service.
- Work within the eCommerce Trading Team to drive sales, online merchandising, workflow management and improve the speed to market of new products.
- Ensuring products have the required data and imagery to launch on time and working to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimize sales on site.
- Prioritise the workflow of new product setup with key internal and external contacts.

**Requirements**:
Graduated from the Faculty of Arts English Literature division and University.

Fluent in English speaking & writing a must.

Basic-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Experience using Ebay and Amazon platforms

Basic knowledge using Canva (Graphic Design)

**Salary**: Staring at 6,000 EGP, may increase up to 8,000 EGP
- **Bonus commission available on top of salary.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: E£6,000.00 - E£8,000.00 per month
