Sales Development Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential prospects
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Executives
- Meet productivity goals
- Retrieve and update customer information in the CRM system
- Provide thorough information to the Sales team for qualified and productive demos
- Update the line manager with frequently asked questions (FAQs)
- Stay informed about market trends and report relevant information to the line manager
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience in a similar role, specifically in cold calling and telesales
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM system
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
