**What You'll Do**:
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, responsible for identifying new prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. From conducting market research to delivering captivating presentations, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Familiarizing himself or herself with all services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and following up the marketing activities
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting expansion and adding services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Very good up to Excellent English skills, with a flair for communication and persuasion.
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Preferred to have experience working in marketing agencies specialized in **medical**.
- Preferred to have knowledge about localization, Interpretation, or marketing services
- Ability to set Follow-up plans for Leads and Prospects
- Great networking skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
