Sales Account Manager
A Sales Account Manager is a professional responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients or customers to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to ensure that products or services meet customer expectations.
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly, maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
IGCSE or American Diploma is a MUST
