Installer, entretenir, effectuer l'entretien préventif et recommander le remplacement des outils, des appareils et de l'équipement. Étalonner tous les contrôles, toutes les jauges, tous les compteurs, etc. Identifier, localiser et utiliser toutes les vannes d'arrêt. Commander, marquer et stocker les pièces et les fournitures au besoin. Tenir à jour l'inventaire et le journal des commandes d'achat. Inspecter les outils, l’équipement ou les machines. Entrer et localiser les informations liées au travail à l'aide d'ordinateurs. Faire fonctionner le chariot élévateur. Remplir la liste de vérification de la sécurité des personnes, y compris la vérification de fonctionnement de la pompe à incendie et la vérification de fonctionnement du générateur. Inspecter les robinets d'incendie et les systèmes d'alarme. Aider à l'élaboration de protocoles de réponse aux catastrophes. Répondre et satisfaire aux demandes de réparation des clients.

Aider la direction à embaucher, former, évaluer, conseiller, motiver et accompagner les employés; à définir leurs horaires et leur rappeler les règles de discipline. Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise; signaler les problèmes d’entretien, les conditions de travail dangereuses, les accidents et les blessures; et réussir la formation et les certifications de sécurité. S’assurer que son uniforme et son apparence personnelle sont propres et professionnels; préserver la confidentialité des renseignements exclusifs. Accueillir et saluer tous les clients selon les normes de l’entreprise; anticiper et traiter les besoins de service des clients; aider les personnes handicapées. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Assurer le respect des attentes et des normes de qualité ; et identifier, recommander, développer et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux moyens d’accroître l’efficacité organisationnelle, la productivité, la qualité, la sécurité et/ou de réaliser des économies. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication. Inspecter visuellement les outils, l’équipement ou les machines. Atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et poser des charges pesant 23 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Saisir, faire tourner et manipuler des objets de taille et de poids différents. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Monter et descendre les escaliers et les rampes de service. S’acquitter d’autres tâches raisonnables, à la demande des superviseurs.

QUALIFICATIONS RECOMMANDÉES

Niveau d’études: Diplôme d’un établissement d’enseignement technique, de métiers ou professionnel.

Expérience de travail connexe: Au moins 2 ans d’expérience de travail connexe.

Expérience de supervision: Au moins 2 ans d’expérience de supervision.
