We’re expanding rapidly and seeking a Senior Recruiter to help us attract top talent and shape the future of our organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Partner with NAOS managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Source top talent through:
- Job boards
- Social media platforms
- Professional networks
- Employee referrals
- Review CVs and conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to refine recruitment strategies.
- Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment strategies.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or specialized role.
- Experience in lateral hiring within fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in interviewing, negotiation, and closing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance in recruitment practices.
