**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Project Management Support:

- Assist senior project managers in tracking project progress, ensuring timelines are met.
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans.
- Help in tracking and managing project deliverables.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items.

2. Client Communication:

- Coordinate and communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project milestones.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, and ensure that follow-up actions are documented.

3. Team Coordination:

- Support communication between development teams, designers, and other departments.
- Track the allocation and progress of tasks among team members.
- Help ensure smooth collaboration and workflow between departments.

4. Quality Assurance.
- Assist in ensuring quality standards are met by reviewing project deliverables.
- Help with risk management by identifying potential issues and escalating them to the senior team.

5. Reporting:

- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and clients, summarizing project status, risks, and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Education**: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is advantageous.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure consistency in documentation.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and suggest potential solutions.
