We are now offering an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in Health, Nutrition and Care. As Junior Account Manager Pharma based in Egypt, you will coordinate all commercial activities related to customers and their needs within the Pharma Industry. You will also have to build privileged customer relationships and you are responsible to build up in-depth and strong knowledge about markets and develop and implement sales plans in alignment with the company´s market segment strategies.
Reporting to the Pharma Sales Team Lead EMEA, your role will encompass both technical and commercial responsibilities.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customers.
- Maintain and grow the sales in the appointed country(ies).
- Achieve KPI objectives according to the regional sales & marketing targets and global pricing strategy.
- Use Strategic Marketing & Value Selling approach to differentiate dsm-firmenich products and services from competitors.
- Work with the marketing and business development organizations to facilitate product launches and provide top notch service to achieve quick penetration of new products.
- Active management of customer projects (via using CRM support tools) and forecasting of sales.
- Take ownership of the full-service performance of dsm-firmenich, stimulating and facilitating customer service and other departments in the fulfillment of their task.

**You bring**
- Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy, science/technology or business-related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, strategic marketing and/or business-related field.
- Driven to achieve strong customer relationship and profitable growth in demanding market environment.
- Good balance of commercial, marketing and technical knowledge.
- Fluent language skills in English is a must, French is a plus.
- Ability to professionally handle and prioritize highly complex tasks.
- Team player with skills in coordination and involvement of colleagues and service functions.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer needs and the highly complex environment.
