Gender: Any.

Job Hours: From 10 am to 6 pm.

Location: Alexandria, Egypt.

Report To: Sales Manager.

Especial Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus.

**Business Introduction**:
**Dewan for Real Estate** is a trusted name in the real estate consulting and contracting fields in Alexandria, Egypt, with over 40 years of experience. Our team of real estate experts has worked on significant projects in Alexandria and collaborated with the government and private sector to create and develop some of the most significant residential cities in the region.

**Role Description**:
We are looking to employ an experienced property consultant to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. A property consultant should be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in preparing and executing the sales plans.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Organize and conduct meetings and communications with clients, accompany buyers during project visits, explain the projects, determine customers' needs, and make all the needed efforts till closings.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with the customers by following up on their requests and updates through accurate feedback entry on CRM.
- Attend all sales events and exhibitions.
- Prepare the needed and updated weekly reports and database and provide it to the sales manager.
- Stay up to date with sales market trends and best practices.
- Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in property management or real estate
- Sound knowledge of real estate laws
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- High flexibility skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain valuable relationships with clients
