They are seeking a **Senior Sales Representative** to join their dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored logistics and supply chain solutions.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase Future
- Expresss services and value proposition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
**Negotiation and Deal Closure**:

- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and terms.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Close deals efficiently and maintain a high conversion rate.
 
**Market Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market research.
 
**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
