**Who we're looking for**:
We are seeking a passionate and analytical Commerce Strategist with 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within marketplaces. As a Commerce Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our clients' e-commerce success. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the online shopping landscape to develop and execute data-driven strategies that optimize sales, conversion, and customer experience.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform commerce strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth based on data and market insights.
- Develop and execute impactful e-commerce campaigns, focusing on major shopping events.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Continuously monitor and optimize commerce activities to maximize sales and profitability.
- Utilize A/B testing and other techniques to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Craft and manage content strategies that align with commerce goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Coordinate with content creators to deliver high-quality, engaging content across all channels.
- Partner with IT and development teams to ensure smooth integration of commerce platforms and tools.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce technologies and recommend performance-enhancing tools.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and the overall shopping experience.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

**KPIs**:

- **Sales Growth**: Achieve a set percentage increase in sales during major shopping events.
- **Campaign ROI**: Maintain a minimum ROI for all e-commerce campaigns.
- **Conversion Rate**: Increase website and campaign conversion rates by a set percentage.

**What you'll need**:

- Min. of 5 to 7 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferrable within marketplaces
- Strong understanding of online shopping trends
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Experience in developing and executing e-commerce strategies
- Excellent understanding of online consumer behavior
- Proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, technical, account management)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for staying ahead of the curve in e-commerce trends
