**VMware’s** Ready Set Go (RSG) Program enables business readiness and accelerates the VMware SASE route-to-market journey of our Telco providers, by empowering them with the tools and expertise to launch, sell and support their customers with confidence**.**:
**The Ready-Set-GO Program is looking for a **Project Manager** in Cairo, Egypt with responsibility for driving our market leading Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) enablement program to our channel partners. As a RSG Project Manager you will ensure that Telco providers onboard through the RSG Program in the most expedient and efficient manner, enabling business readiness and accelerates the VMware SASE route to market journey of our Service Providers, by empowering our partners with the tools and expertise to launch, sell and support their customers with confidence.**:

**Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?**:

- ** Master Ready-Set-GO Program - The WHYs, the HOWs and the WHATs.**:

- ** Building strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business units (BUs) such as Legal, Compliance, Training, Support and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, as well as with the Telco Account Executives.**:

- ** Drive issues to resolutions with good partner satisfaction.**:

- ** Able to manage large partners and drive complex onboarding conversation from business champion to the C-Level.**:

- ** Work closely with the rest of the organization to define value for our customers.**:

- ** Partner with other RSG managers to drive program innovation and business growth.**:
**The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?**:

- ** The RSG Project Manager will ensure that Telco providers onboard through the RSG Program in the most expedient and efficient manner, enabling them to become productive sales partners without delay.**:

- ** Responsible for Telco providers’ successful completion of the RSG Program.**:

- ** Engage with Account Executives (AE) during contract signing process to align appropriate support for a successful partner onboarding experience.**:

- ** Estimate timelines and create project plan - alert functional stakeholders of deliverables.**:

- ** Meet with external stakeholders and set expectations, timelines.**:

- ** Ensure that Telco provider is set-up to transact on internal and external process systems (ERP, accounting/finance, logistics, CRM, support).**:

- ** Engage with Account Executives to schedule a formal kick-off call with stakeholders.**:

- ** Schedule regular follow-up calls with each function.**:

- ** Ensure each functional area stays on track - alert functional heads if bottlenecks are encountered. Also report on project status to executive stakeholders.**:

- ** Maintain tracker with internal and external deliverables. Track milestone achievements.**:
