Technical Office Manager

The Technical Office Manager is responsible for managing all design reviews, processes and procedures as well as managing and leading a multi-disciplinary engineering and design review team to build the project and coordinating and liaising with stakeholders on all project related budgets, management review and design decisions during the project life cycle.
**Responsibilities**
- Reviewing and coordinating all processes for submitting engineering designs, planning and implementation plans before approving them for projects.
- Preparing technical and financial proposals for projects.
Building a brochure of terms and specifications for the R of P entities.
- Analysis of financial schedules and payments.
- Making extracts and submitting them to the consultant.
- Making the project schedule (MS Project).
Follow-up of the workflow of the site through daily reports.
- Managing the work staff of the site and communicating between the departments of the project.
- The link between the project staff and the general administration and between the project staff and between the consulting office and the designer.
Studying bids and tenders.
Inventory of quantities / planning and follow-up.
Monitor, train and develop department heads and engineering team members.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or management.
Practical experience of more than 8 years as a technical office manager in consulting services projects.
Know the responsibilities, systems and procedures of the technical office official.
Practical experience in technical office equipment.
Good time management skill and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
