Position Summary:
Responsible for machines operation and cleaning activities with reporting of any related issues

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Machine operations and cleaning.
- Line clearance
- Machine Changeover.
- Good documentation Practice.
- Follow GMP & Safety guidance.
- Responsible for Yield & lead time adherence.
- Receive Materials from WH.
- Coordinate with engineering to keep machine parts in optimum state.
- Report Any deviation once happened to his manager.
- Follow instructions & tasks assigned from his manager.
- Ensure data integrity according to ALCOA principles.
- Initiate Building maintenance and Equipment work order.
- Back up Technician I in his absence.
- Support in mechanical repairs with engineering technician.
- تنظيف و تشغيل الماكينة
- اخلاء الخط
- تجهيز و اعداد الماكينة
- التوثيق و الكتابة بشكل جيد
- اتباع قواعد التصنيع الجيد و قواعد الصحة و السلامة المهنية
- مسئول عن انتاجية الباتش و الزمن المستهلك في انهاء العمليات للخط
- استلام المواد اللازمة للانتاج من المخازن
- التنسيق مع الهندسية للحفاظ على أفضل حالة للماكينة
- الابلاغ عن أي حيود لمديره المسئول
- اتباع التعليمات و تنفيذ المهام الموكلة اليه من مديره
- التأكد من نزاهة البيانات
- المشاركة في التعرف على الاعطال و حل المشاكل الفنية الخاصة بالماكينات
- بديل للفنى الاول فى حالة غيابه
- مساندة فنى الهندسية في اصلاح الاعطال الفنية

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Quality Oriented; being in direct contact of product.
- Good knowledge of working in GMP environment.
- Technical or industrial school’s graduate
- Good technical and manual skills.
- Basic English Language
