**Job Summary**:
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of services for our key projects, including Accflex ERP system, 8 Orders food delivery mobile app, and Recycle app in KSA, which helps replace unused materials with points and vouchers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures for customer service operations.
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of customer service processes and performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to develop and deliver training programs that improve service quality.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality assurance findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance for customer service.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
