**What you’ll do**:

- ROLE PURPOSE:

- Gated Community & Complex sites Passive acceptance.
- Gated Community & Complex sites active HW Deployment
- Fixed Access sites infrastructure deployment and support
- Managing Vendors & subcontractors for fixed network infrastructure.

Key
Accountabilities

Sites survey, installation, and Acceptance.
- Authorizing and approval of 100% of all cases reported from customer care team.
- Day to day follow up and managing for the technical solutions implemented in Vodafone Fixed network sites.
- Managing and monitoring of the material and spare parts handling process.
- Manage the recording of the historical data to be used in future.
- processes & improve the effectiveness of the team output.
- Ensuring that teams are ready and available 24x7 to respond on time to Alarms.
- Corrective & Preventive Maintenance for Fixed network.
- Building Database for GC project.
- Achieving optimum Mean time to restore sites.
- Overall responsible of keeping a valid and updated database regarding all sites for resources installed & updated.
- Ensuring accurate data entry on the easy net system to ensure proper reporting and evaluation.
- Thinking and implementing alternative ways to regularly enhance the network availability.
- Regular reports to management showing effectiveness of the team volume of activities.
- Technical Capabilities
- Acting as a technical reference for GC & Complex implementation and acceptance.
- Acting as a technical reference for infrastructure & fixed network activities and Ability to achieve Tasks and projects assigned by section’s Manager.
- Troubleshooting and analytical capabilities: Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Performing Audit Visits to assure Quality.

Staff Control
- Communicating all the company / business messages to staff on time.
- Hold regular biweekly meetings with the staff and one to one meeting.
- Technical gap analysis for the staff and prepare their technical training plan.
- Motivate People and teams to perform.
- Ensure discipline in all aspects such as availability, reach ability, attendance, punctualityetc.
- Evaluate the new ideas introduced by the staff & provide them by the required resources.
