**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking to hire an HVAC Technician to join the Engineering Team as per the following details:

- **Designation**: HVAC Technician
- **Location**: New Cairo Site
- **Job Grade**: eA1/eA03
- **Reporting**: Utilities Manager

**A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide technical support in the field
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to develop product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunity
- Layout, design, and install low-voltage wiring
- Run after-hours calls as required

**B. Qualification/Knowledge/Experience**:
**Level of Education**: Relevant degree

**Experience**:

- Previous pharmaceutical experience is highly desired _
