
Fintech & Start-ups Assistant Sales Mana

**Role Purpose**:
This role is a critical contributor for positioning Vodafone as the leading Global digital partner of fintech’s and start-up companies based in Egypt
**Job Responsibility**:
1. Lead the account managers to develop and implement business plans and sales strategy for our Accounts that ensure attainment of sales goals, profitability & revenue growth while ensuring effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with Global team to leverage best practices with similar segments and replicate successful cases.
3. Build, Manage and deliver segment Pipeline and reviews with relevant stakeholders (Marketing and finance and manage segment forecasting -Set quota targets for account managers to ensure revenue growth, net ads, digital solutions sales, connectivity and BC s.
4. Make sure that all pipeline (lead, opportunity, etc.) is logged and updated on SFDC on periodic basis and participate effectively.
5. Ensuring AMs have account marketing plans in place and regularly updated.
6. Formulate strategies-to-market for Segment accounts & coordinate with all relevant teams within VFE to make sure they are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
7. Manage Complex solution sales that involve multi-discipline sales including Mobility, Connectivity, beyond connectivity and consultancy.
8. Deliver market and customer insights to Articulate, and deliver propositions and solutions compelling to the nature of segment
9. Improve level of Account management across all managed accounts, ensures that the company’s professional reputation is well maintained, and Manage, enhance, and drive positive, productive relationships with Global customer.
10. Management of daily operations with all relevant functions.
11. Build the best Team that can efficiently lead the business, through hiring, training and managing the performance of team members and ensure that they perform their roles in managing their Accounts, Develop the best calibre in sales executives to win complex solution sales and managed services in the segment.
**Competencies and technical skills required**:
- Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
- 1. Leadership Skills: Motivate & Inspire the team to over achieve revenue targets & influencing decision making up till the executive committee team to deliver the best customer value while building and developing the best sales capabilities in his/her team.
- 2. Customer facing and presentation Skills to properly represent Vodafone with C-Level contacts within VGE accounts.
- 3. Broad understanding of Digital services & technologies allowing him to translate customers’ objectives into relevant VGE propositions.
- 4. Negotiation Skills C Level: Negotiate the best offers with VGE and customers to maximize Vodafone profitability per account
- 5. Global and local Organization Skills: Ability to plan and organize account plans and put actions in place across other stakeholders (VCS, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Customer Care, Legal and VIS)- Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- A proven track record in account relationship management including significant sales and service accountabilities of 5 yrs in multinational environment.
- University Degree preferably in Business, - preferably MBA with Marketing & Sales focus
- Selling Skills & awareness of Vodafone products portfolio and unique selling propositions
- Excellent command of the office communication, collaboration technologies, Internet Technologies, Telecom Technologies and Strong IT understanding.
- Financial acumen and analytical skills to Develop different financial scenarios and recommend distribution mix, ensure cost containment within cost centre and controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
- General Technical & Complex solutions experience
- Strong understanding of Vodafone data products, mobile Internet, Fixed and mobile data connectivity, Mobile Application and IT solution as well as multi-discipline complex sales.
- Excellent Knowledge of English Language and Arabic business writing.
- Excellent communication skills relationship building and C-level Engagement
- Excellent People management capabilities and communication for impact.
- Good understanding of corporate policies, legal and governance framework including bidding laws and regulations.
