**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to facilitate seamless onboarding.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Assist in managing employee performance and development, including performance evaluations and growth plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive engagement and communication.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate communication of benefits information.
- Support the compensation review process, conducting market research and collaborating with leadership to maintain competitive compensation structures.
- Help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR processes.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to enhance team morale and cohesion.
- Gather feedback from employees and contribute to the continuous improvement of the workplace environment.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Identify training needs and assist in designing and delivering relevant training programs for employees and managers.
- Support career development by identifying growth opportunities and guiding employees in their professional journey.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree is a plus).
- 0-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: From E£8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
