Senior Key Account Manager
The purpose of this role:
- Management of the Key, Strategic and Global Accounts relationships that are a part of the commercial strategy in the country.
- Identify, realize and grow market opportunities for the SIG business (filling lines, packaging material and services). Execute the Commercial Excellence tools and country growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure implementation of commercial action plans (Sales, Marketing and Business Development), negotiations, closing deals, collections, and owns full accountability of delivering the SIG strategy and objectives as defined in OPLA and Budget Reviews
- Marketing; collaborate to develop the go to market strategy on where to play and how to win, to introduce new innovations, products, concepts, designs, as well as become an informed business partner for our customers with strong industry knowledge (competitor intelligence, market and consumer trends)
- Product deployment; work in collaboration with the regional product strategy team, to develop the deployment strategy of equipment, sleeves and services
- Business Development; identify, capture, and close new business leads in white spaces and new categories
- Manage account receivables and collections (overdue, bad debts, statement of account) as per SIG policies
- Full accountability for customers on packaging material and rolling forecast accuracy as per the budget. Drive collaboration with supply chain to ensure order fulfillment of packaging material and designs
- Build and maintain strong long term customer relationships, fulfil customer satisfaction and drive high industry standards of NPS
- Work hand in hand with the Technical team, to identify, propose and close service sales. Shared accountability of delivering service sales
You Bring These Skills, Experience and Education
- languages: English and Arabic required. French is an advantage.
- 6-10 years of vocational experience
- University degree in Engineering or Science or Business.
