We are now calling on all **3PL Executive** Heroes OTO is currently on the hunt for a seasoned **3PL Executive** to join our team Bring your A-game, expertise, and enthusiasm & join us in driving OTO's growth into the MENA Market Join us and let's conquer new horizons together

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Monitor real-time operations and conduct day-to-day delivery activities;
- Manage live operations and handle real-time customer interactions;
- Resolve logístical issues promptly and troubleshoot issues;
- Ensure clear communication with delivery partners and customers during live operations;
- Live track delivery orders daily and Coordinate communication with internal teams for smooth order delivery.

**Requirements**:
For this role, it is essential to have- Up to 3 years of experience in live operations within the logistics or delivery industry
- BSc degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in both written and spoken English & Arabic
- Domestic & International shipping experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with fleet management software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively in a team 6 days a week & rotational shifts

It will be considered a big plus if you:
