- Support and eventually lead content improvement projects
- Managing a good relation with the vendors for content updates and verifying any information needed initiated by either party
- Responsible for the publication of new product offers on the apps/website
- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Create models that optimize the resources, inputs & outputs of compliance operations business
- Editing uploading imagery and completing product attribution
- Implement and maintain style guides in order to write content that is consistent with the brand and edits
- Provide feedbacks to the associates and close loop on audit/review observations
- Escalating questions/issues from the team regarding the process and cascading updates to the team
- Collaborate across the team to ensure products are available for sale online by the time of product
- Work intuitively to identify and highlight any recommendations, improvements or inconsistencies in the content
