Job Title: Senior Resale Sales Consultant
Location: El Gouna, Red Sea

Role Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to prospect for new listings actively.
- Conduct market analysis to determine property values and competitive pricing.
- Create compelling listing presentations and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote properties through various channels.
- Conduct open houses and property showings to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms effectively, ensuring the best interests of both the client and the company.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial listing to closing, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing regular updates and professional advice.
- Utilize CRM systems to track listings, client interactions, and sales progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legislative changes affecting real estate sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, specifically residential property resales.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and pricing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
