**Role Brief**:
The Senior People and Culture Partner will be a pivotal figure in fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support our workforce and align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices and a passion for creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships.

- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.

**Key Duties**:

- Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and career development plans.
- Implement talent development programs to support employee growth and succession planning.
- Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and mínimal disruption.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to support change adoption.
