**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- OPO is a start point to Work very closely with business stakeholders and meets face-to-face with them periodically
- Drive efficiently the business requirements with the business stakeholders into a product backlog & Analyze Gap & Impact for each feature/story
- Document business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications to aid in the development of new business products, solutions or processes
- Works very closely with the offshore & on site teams in their day to day activities, and know to influence them
- Knows how to take an original idea from concept to actual product, all towards an outcome defined goal and product value with the scrum team

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Knows how to take decisions concerning product on squad level
- Digital perspective
- Requirements definition and management
- A passionate commitment to user-centred design and development

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience (2-4 years of experience )
- Previous experience as a product owner or similar role is a must
- Familiarity with agile & software development knowledge.
