LP4Y is an international movement of local organizations specializing in the development of innovative solutions for the professional and social integration of excluded Youth living in extreme poverty.

**TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT CENTER - LP4Y**

The Training & Development Center is a 6 months pedagogy solution developed by LP4Y for Youth to develop soft & hard skills in order to then integrate sustainably in the decent world. In the center, the Youth are working in a Micro Company, for which they will develop training to the community.

**Job Description** Coach for Youth Inclusion**

Once trained about LP4Y Pedagogy, the Coach will take part in supporting a team of 15 to 20 Young Adults (17 to 24 years old). Here are the different responsibilities of the Coach mission:

- Project launching of the Cairo Training & Development Center (organize the center, design the mottos, arrange everything to be ready for its opening)
- Implementation of LP4Y Pedagogy & development of the Micro Company of TDC Cairo
- Program Coordination: management of the budget, the calendar, the activities, the follow up of the Youth and the Pedagogy
- Partnership development: create and develop an ecosystem of integration for the Youth with diverse partners
- Collaborate with a multicultural team to answer our goals. You'll be supported by 3 different Project Leaders (Finance, Pedagogy, Partnership)

The coaching mission is the core of LP4Y mission. **It's also one of the most demanding for the diversity of responsibilities the coach has to handle. We are looking for solutions oriented profile who like challenges** and that are willing to develop in program coordination
**Qualifications** Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least 23 years old
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Work experience in the corporate sector will be appreciated
- Professional behavior
- Ability to work in a team (team spirit) especially with intercultural members
- Motivated and proactive profile who like challenges
- Ready to learn and grow
- ** Volunteer spirit, in LP4Y we all are volunteers. We work together and live together in the same building so having this positive dedicated mindset is really key. We need people that are autonomous and proactive**

**Additional Information** Location**:

- Cairo, Ezbet el Nakhl

**Benefits**
- Allowance: 250$/month (fixed for the first year of contract)
- Housing is provided **(and mandatory)** - free accommodation
- Basic food included
- Health Insurance covered
- LP4Y will take charge of your expenses if you need to travel (to Lebanon for example) as and when required for project purpose

**Working Schedule**:

- Working time : about 40h/week
- Work days : Sunday to Thursday based on 8 hours/day
- Holidays : 2 days / month + 8 days blank holidays
