Talent Acquisition Partner UK&I - MENA (Middle East and North Africa)

This is a pivotal role within our High performing Talent Acquisition Team, which will focus on recruiting the best talent Kantar Middle East and North Africa within Kantar’s Insights and Consulting business division, and report directly into the Regional Team Lead.

Role Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Kantar, you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues within the TA EMEA Insights team, and more broadly across the global business, undertaking active searches amongst passive and driven audiences to meet Kantar’s critical and transformational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build good market / segment knowledge of key talent and develop solid relationships both internally and externally to support building talent pools and a network of industry relevant contacts
- Build effective selection methodologies and expert execution; fairly, consistently, and objectively
- Positively challenge stakeholders to drive excellence and ensure recruiting approach is geared towards attracting relevant skills to achieve Kantar future direction
- Line Management and / or Mentorship of 1 or more Talent Acquisition Consultants, market depending.
- Support with ensuring effective processes and embedded into the region to encourage best practice from all included in the recruitment process

Key Capabilities:

- Significant and relevant recruitment experience, either agency-side or in-house
- Ideally experience recruiting for Analytics / Consumer Insights / Research roles (not essential)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and expectation management
- Experience utilising a broad range of social media and networking approaches
- Evidence of robust selection methodology design and execution to deliver quality hires
- Well-organised and adept at effective prioritisation of multiple responsibilities
- A natural collaborator and team player
