**Job Summary**:
Our partner is seeking for enthusiastic professionals, with energy, who are results driven and have can-do attitude, who want to be part of a team of likeminded individuals who are delivering solutions in an innovative and exciting environment.
As an HR & Office Administrator in Cairo, you will be responsible for the office management, along with HR & Accounting activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Admin**:
- Coordinate office activities & operations to secure efficiency with compliance to company policies
- Facility management (office rent, contract negotiations, office set-up, planning layout, and maintenance)
- Suppliers & Vendors management including sourcing, relationships, agreements negotiation, till deal sealing
- Maintaining accurate data for all workforces within the office and keeping track for changes
- Travel operations arrangements, office events and team buildings organizing
- Managing stocks of stationaries and kitchenets supplies
- ** HR**:
- Participate in setting HR and administration approaches to achieve companies’ objectives
- Setting up hiring plan with end-to-end onboarding process including selection, job offers, contracting, hiring, social insurance enrollment, and filing of all employees’ documentations
- Leaver’s checklist management, & complete employee exit documentation and clearance forms
- Payroll sheet execution including employees’ attendance, overtime, & annual leaves
- Follow up the appraisal reporting
- ** Accounting**:
- Managing office petty cash, and invoices payments approvals and follow-ups till processing
**Requirements**:
- 7-10 years of proven experience in a relevant role
- BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Be familiar with reporting
- Outstanding communication (oral & written) in English and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and any ERP system
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
