The Role
The Junior HR Business Partner will oversee all human resources operations in our Clinics business unit and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create the best-in-class employee experiences for our Clinics business unit.
- Ownership and continuous development of the Clinics Employee Onboarding
- In synergy with the talent acquisition team, responsible for Clinics staff hiring.
- Coach senior managers to build leadership capabilities
- Work hand to hand with the Central People team and partner with executive managers and co-BPs to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement.
- Develop and implement HR, procedures, policies and processes for the 360-employee life cycle. Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resource policies and practices to keep management informed of new developments.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related from top university
- +4 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist working with medical & sales teams
- Operational and strategic experience
- Experience with ATS
- Presentation skills and a good communicator
- A dynamic achiever, ready to get involved and take the department to a new level of excellence, to ensure a successful and amazing experience for the customers
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
