Plan and manage design projects
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Serve as the design lead for selected graphics projects as needed
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Ensure delivery of high quality and original artworks
- Responsible for all pre-production meetings for projects including photoshoots, video editing, broadcast, and fulfillment
- Update and enforce visual style guides for use by product teams and partners
- Oversee teams of creative professionals in developing visual and content assets for use in various media.
- Develop and implement a product-specific visual design plan from prototyping through production, while adhering to the product guidelines established

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of experience in a design role
- Proficient in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD)
- Experience developing and implementing a product-specific visual design plan - including the interiors of multiple components, covers and product packaging - from prototyping through production, while remaining true to the product guidelines established
- A bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, or a related field
