**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
Responsible for managing all design projects from concept to delivery. include creating
original artwork, managing all design projects, and overseeing junior designers to ensure
high-quality work throughout the entirety of the project. Combine technology and art using
images and text to communicate ideas through digital designs.

**Goal**:

- Create visually stunning designs within client brand identity systems.
- Handle multiple projects per week, and dozens of projects per month.
- High coordination with other team members.
- Capable of training junior team members.
- An ability to motivate and lead co-workers.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver bold, refreshing designs within client brand identity systems, taking direction

from senior creative team members.
- Undertake original design and creative work as needed based on project demands.
- Implement rounds of internal and client revisions with speed, quality, and accuracy.
- Design supporting graphics, build comps, prepare meeting materials, layout

presentation decks, conduct image searches, create mood boards, and assist the
creative team as directed.
- Participate in a supporting role in preparation for pitches and presentations.
- Prepare print and production files and package and release design files plus proofing

as required.
- Be a problem solver in a fast-paced work environment and actively pursue and

embrace opportunities to gain production experience and improve professional skills
and knowledge.
- Present and articulate on-strategy creative ideas and designs to team and clients when

called upon.
- Assist creative team to quickly creating compelling visuals, from initial comps to final

assets for digital/social and print.
- Manage and organize asset and image libraries, project files/drives, templates, and

other resources.
- Ensure all design and messaging align with the brand.
- Collaborate as part of a creative team with copywriters, art directors, graphic

designers, and production artists to complete projects from initial concept to a final
produced piece.
- Pitch design options to the creative director and clients on project layout/design to

create communications consistent with the operational goals for advertisements,
brochures, posters, etc. for marketing and advertising purposes.
- Help in training junior team members.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Experience: 3-5 years.
Years of graphic design experience at a design studio, marketing agency, or
equivalent.
Proficient in working with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Have a solid command of foundational design principles, including layout, typography,
color, balance, composition, and current design trends.
Demonstrate graphic design experience via a high-quality, professional project work
portfolio.
Have solid command of foundational design principles, such as typography, color,
and layout.
Ability to prioritize/manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic growth
environment.
Knowledge of Adobe In-Design.
Bonus points for familiarity with After Effects and the motion graphics process.
Able to thrive in a remote work environment. Some project management experience is a plus.
Collaborate with Producers on feature edits and specialty graphic requests.
Understands Post Process and Deadlines.
