SUEZ Middle East HQ is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to enrich our Business Development Team. Based in Dubai, this pivotal role will contribute significantly to the strategic expansion of SUEZ's operations across the Middle East and Central Asia. We are seeking a dynamic professional who is eager to drive our development initiatives and foster meaningful relationships in these key regions for the Group.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Provide administrative support to the HSEI Manager and Project Manager
- Implement and preparedness of health, safety ,environment and Industrial plan and emergency plan according the HSEI policy and objectives.
- Responsible for recording and acknowledging any HSEI queries or concerns, tracking and monitoring progress against actions. (e.g. KPIs )
- Participate in the implementation of HSEI fair culture and compliance by Follow up the implementation of the Recognition & Fair sanction actions.
- Assist the HSEI Manager in the health, safety ,environment and Industrial documentation topics / aspects.
- Responsible for the visual communication on HSEI board updates ( Safety Idea, emergencies, flashes,etc. )
- Assist on updating the Risk assessment & the SMP & SOP (Safety precaution).
- Preparation of monthly reports, materials for meetings and presentations.
- Improve the training materials, development, and self-assessment processes to improve the quality of work.
- Assist with issuance of the Weekly Minutes of Meeting, monthly HSE performance bulletin & Weekly Incident Report.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical

From 1 to 3 years in the same field.
Proficient user of all Microsoft Office programs including Excel, word, Vision. MS Project and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail
A flexible approach to work
Good knowledge of Wastewater treatment risks
Strong communicator with good working methods, well organized, can learn continuously
Excellent command of English
