Deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters across development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor cluster performance, health, and scalability, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement best practices for security and access control within OpenShift environments.
- Automate operational tasks and configurations using scripting and infrastructure as code tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and OpenShift features, and suggest improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and training for team members on OpenShift usage and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an OpenShift Administrator or in a similar role in Banking
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, specifically Docker.
- Experience with OpenShift version management and upgrading.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and its associated tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- OpenShift Certified Administrator (OCA or OCP) is a plus.
