**Job Description**:
We're looking for passionate and innovative leads to join our technical upskilling program, with the potential of joining our technical team at Concentrix as a Technical support advisor.
As a Technical Support Advisor, you'll be our valued customers' first point of contact, ensuring their success with our products/services. You'll wear many hats - troubleshooting technical issues, providing clear guidance, and going the extra mile to delight users. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving positive brand experiences.

**Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities**
- ** Intensive Training**: Dive deep into sought-after technical skills through a blended learning experience of classroom instruction, hands-on labs, and interactive workshops.
- ** Industry-Aligned Curriculum**: Focus on specific areas like data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, network engineering, or software development.
- ** Experienced Mentorship**: Benefit from the guidance of industry experts who will share their knowledge and support your learning journey.
- ** Guaranteed Job Placement**: Upon successful completion, you'll be placed in a full-time position within Concentrix, leveraging your newfound skills and contributing to exciting projects.
- Bilingual German & English speaker (B2 German - B1 English).
- Individuals with a strong interest in technology and a thirst for learning.
- No prior technical experience required, but a curious mind and willingness to experiment are essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.

**Career Framework Role**

Each program requires a basic skill set and product-specific knowledge to perform routine tasks within simple processes. You will work with close supervision and clearly defined procedures.
