CoinClan is a licensed & regulated cryptocurrency exchange company.

We are currently operating in Australia, the EU, the UK, and Canada. We trade on major crypto P2P platforms such as Binance P2P, and we are the largest crypto P2P merchant/liquidity provider in all of the countries and on all of the P2P platforms where we advertise and trade.

We have longer-term plans to build our own platform. We are also now looking to expand our business to several other countries, such as Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, the US, Turkey & more. Our vision is to make crypto access seamless, for anyone, anywhere in the world.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, developers, and data engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
- Coordinate and prioritize team tasks, ensuring timely delivery of BI projects and initiatives.

**BI Strategy and Roadmap**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define BI requirements, prioritize projects, and establish a roadmap for BI development.

**Data Analysis and Visualization**:

- Oversee the creation of insightful dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that empower business leaders to make informed decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevancy in all BI deliverables.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for data visualization and analysis within the team.

**Data Integration and ETL**:

- Design and implement effective data integration processes, ETL workflows, and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the BI environment.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by monitoring and improving data integration processes.

**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:

- Monitor the performance of BI solutions, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize query performance and data retrieval processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of BI infrastructure.

**User Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to business users to enhance their understanding of BI tools and enable self-service analytics.
- Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective utilization of BI resources.

**Vendor and Tool Evaluation**:

- Evaluate and recommend BI tools, technologies, and platforms that align with the organization's BI strategy and future growth.

**Data Governance and Security**:

- Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address data-related concerns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles, with at least Y years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
- In-depth understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security practices.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team to achieve common objectives.
