**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Digital Advertising Specialist**, you will play an integral role in designing and implementing strategies that enhance DB Investing’s digital footprint and customer engagement. Your primary duties will include:

- ** Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop, implement, and manage innovative advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and industry-specific channels.
- Align campaign strategies with business objectives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition within the forex and CFD sectors.
- ** Performance Analysis & Optimization**:

- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and create data-driven recommendations.
- ** Creative Collaboration**:

- Partner with the creative and content teams to design compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages tailored to the preferences and behaviors of traders and investors.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, visuals, and targeting strategies for maximum impact.
- ** Research & Innovation**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new advertising opportunities in the financial services landscape.
- Stay abreast of advancements in digital advertising tools, platforms, and technologies to ensure DB Investing remains a leader in the industry.
- ** Budget & Resource Management**:

- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign outcomes.
- Provide detailed reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ** Proven track record as a Digital Advertising Specialist, with expertise in the forex, trading, or financial services sectors.**
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic advertising tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and remarketing strategies tailored to financial markets.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent platforms is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
