The Role
Roles and Responsibilities - Create and maintain 3D models using BIM software. - To create and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and other structures using BIM software. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team. - Ensure the models are accurate and meet project requirements by referring BIM Execution Plan (BEP). - Use the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase. - Develops detailed 3D models of building components and systems. - Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure coordinated and accurate models. - Performs clash detection and resolves clashes in the model.. - Responsible for creating visually appealing and accurate representation of the building that can be used for presentation, marketing and client reviews. - Extract data from the model to generate accurate quantity take-offs for cost estimation
