**Responsibilities**
- Prepare Pre-contract and Post-contract BIM Execution Plan following the BIM Standards and Codes (BS1192 and ISO 19650) or as required by the client.
- Prepare the Company BIM Manual according to the ISO 19650.
- Manage the CDE platforms to deliver the project data and information according to the BS 1192.
- Maintenance for the Disciplines BIM Templates periodically.
- Setup Workflows for the Disciplines and make sure the implementation.
- Coach, mentor and Provide BIM Support for all Disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
- Model Maintenance, Management and Segregation.
- Coaching and help the team to get output shop drawing high quality.
- Setup the guide for different LODs and LOIs according to standards and codes or as agreed with the client.
- Prepare the Clash detection criteria/plan and the clash detection report template.
- Monitor Models for Quality and content and prepare the model health check list for all disciplines.
- Review and comply with the level of asset definition (LOAD) for the project lifecycle delivery stages within the EIR.
- Review and comply with the master information delivery plan (MIDP) to satisfy the project requirements stated within the EIR.
- Prepare and implement the BIM rules and responsibilities matrix that clearly define the tasks and reporting lines to successfully deliver the BIM uses of the employer.
- Ensuring all information is controlled and disseminated efficiently to the intended parties.
- Prepare Model and drawing naming conventions that adhere to the electronic document management system (EDMS) standard.
- Prepare the Library Objects that adhere to the AEC (UK) BIM Protocols.
- using the COBie UK - 2012 (Construction Operations Building information exchange) schema to deliver the LOI requirement for each asset element in accordance with BS EN ISO 19650

**Salary**: E£14,000.00 - E£19,000.00 per month
