Etl- Spark Support

Provide specialized support for RAID systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of storage solutions.
- Monitor and maintain RAID configurations, performing regular health checks and troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of RAID setups, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.
- Work closely with engineering and IT teams to resolve any issues related to RAID systems.
- Document and track all support activities and incidents, ensuring thorough records for future reference.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of ongoing support issues.
- Train staff and clients on RAID best practices and usage, helping to improve overall understanding and optimum use of the technology.
- Stay informed about new technologies and advancements in RAID solutions to continuously enhance service offerings.
- Participate in post-incident reviews to identify root causes and recommend improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support roles, specifically with RAID systems.
- Strong understanding of different RAID levels, configurations, and associated management tools.
- Experience with storage area networks (SAN) and network-attached storage (NAS) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications in storage technologies or systems support are a plus.
