You’ll need to have:

- Senior management experience.
- Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the retail and commercial sectors.

You’ll also have:

- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Deep retail and commercial project management expertise.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
- Experience in managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Experience with both pre and post-contract management and delivery.
- Ability to be self-sufficient and work with mínimal guidance from client team.
