Noc Engineer

Description:
As a NOC Engineer, your key responsibilities include:

- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications networks in a NOC environment.
- Testing new and existing hardware and software installations.
- Utilizing computerized network management systems to identify and address system alarms.
- Following procedures to validate, troubleshoot, and escalate issues.
- May Work second and third shifts, and overtime as needed, especially during network outages.

**Requirements**:
Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
- 1 - 3 years worth of experience in IT Networking.
- Working in shifts
- Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal English is essential.

Preferred Experience:

- Advanced knowledge of network monitoring systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing telecommunications networks.
- Familiarity with computerized network management systems is required.
