We're looking to hire a Financial Controller with experience in ERP / business intelligence dashboards and managing financial operations in a digital marketing environment.

**Your Role**:Fulltime / Parttime / Consulting**

As our Financial Controller, you'll be instrumental in managing our financial operations across our international offices. You'll have an important hand in shaping our financial planning, risk management, and profitability. You'll also be involved in developing and improving an ERP / business intelligence dashboard to guide our strategic decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the development of an ERP system and or business intelligence dashboard.
- Oversee financial operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition across the three offices.
- Handle the complexities of multiple operating currencies and manage foreign exchange risk.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Craft our financial strategy across all offices and contribute to risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations in all locations.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
- Prepare budgets, collect, analyze, and consolidate financial data, and recommend plans.
- Oversee internal audits, ensuring effective accounting and administrative controls across our international offices.
- Collaborate closely with global leadership to shape the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives.
- Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization against long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Overseeing and working with local bookkeeping agencies and accountants in respective countries.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 7 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- An advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA or CMA preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial trends within the company and general market patterns.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business intelligence dashboards and systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing agency operations, including project costing and pricing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
