Regional E-commerce Data Analyst

Scope of the Job
As Regional B2B Data analyst, you will work with three OpCos’ to support on analytics and drive business performance. You will turn business requirements into insights, identify opportunities that will drive our B2B activities (like RFM, campaigning and experimentation) and develop value use cases for the wider HEINEKEN organization. Your aim is to translate data into actionable insights to drive B2B value.
In addition, you will work closely with the local team to drive insights and value for B2C.
Job Responsibilities
Hub:
- He/she proactively provides actionable insights to continuously improve the B2B business performance, by analysing different data sets
- He/she monitors performance and recommends on improvement on e.g. customer segmentation (RFM or other), digital campaigns & loyalty programs
- He/she drives digital use case analysis, and cooperates with Global data scientists on complex models
- He/she develops and maintains custom dashboards to track online business performance in line with OpCo specific requirements
- He/she clarifies and actively shares OpCo reporting requirements and works with the Global B2B team on improvement & implementation of reports
- He/she acts as an ambassador for data analytics and data driven sales in the OpCo, and proactively supports in professionalizing the data analytics capabilities within the OpCo
**Egypt OpCo (B2B local needs & B2C)**:
- Manage junior team to able to perform some basic data cleansing through understanding its relevance to the business, to ensure the data used for analytics is reliable and accurate.
- He/she proactively provides actionable insights to continuously improve the offline business performance, by analysing different data sets
- He/she proactively provides actionable insights to continuously improve the B2C (e.g. Drinkies) business performance, by analysing different data sets
- He/she supports in the deployment of tools to collect online sales / behavioural data (e.g. Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.)

- Understand OpCo’s Route to Market and its implication on the platform.
**Leadership Responsibilities**:
- Lead the junior ecommerce analyst and coach him/her to be able to perform his/her duties.
- He/she enjoys supporting others and can act as thought leader and coach: through a range of mechanisms you’ll ensure that our business understands his/her specialist area, and he/she will help create experts in the OpCo
- Champion the analytics, coach all stakeholders and the customers about the benefit and the transformation of e-commerce.
**Qualifications**:
**Education, Certifications and Licenses**:
- University degree from a reputable university in engineering, business administration, or a related field
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- 5 years’ experience in FMCG companies with sales background.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in digital sales platforms (B2B, B2C, iB2B, iB2C)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, PoweBI, etc)
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
