Today, we are recruiting for a **Reporting Engineer **to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Setting up the procedures and tools for generating internal and external reports for the project.
- Ensuring the timely and quality preparation of reports.
- Developing KPIs to support managers and the team in making accurate, data-driven decisions.
- Driving data transformation and bringing added value through data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborating with various business units and consortium partners to further develop the global reporting concept in the transformation of raw data to business insights.
- Gathering inputs and preparing monthly progress reports for customers.
- Driving process improvement and automation to increase reporting accuracy and transparency while ensuring data synchronicity and up-to-date reports.
- Designing and developing visualizations using commercial BI software (e.g. Tableau or PowerBI).
- Identifying the relationships between complex business data, propose structured reports and provide managers with stories supported by data visualizations.

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Good knowledge of core project management and engineering processes.
- Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in all fields of data analytics, including database development, data visualization and data processing; scripting is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn large raw data sets into meaningful reporting.
- Ability to comprehend complex information in large infrastructure projects.
- Ability to comprehend contract structures and related contractual obligations concerning customers and partners.
- Strong analytical, technical, functional, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle Aconex, IBM DOORS, Oracle Primavera, Tableau, Power BI, Mendix, Office 365 tools (e.g.: Power Platform, SharePoint, etc.).
- Intercultural experience.
- Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Independent and structured approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
