**Responsibilities**:
1. Become the SPOC person for Quality control, Food Safety & Quality system for 9 production lines at Obour plant

2. Lead the quality & Food safety agenda across the plant

3. Implements, improve and monitor Quality Control programs, Policies & Procedures the plant.

4. Implement and coordinate quality assurance programs, procedures, techniques and systems for the plant

5. Works closely with the Technical Operations to ensure upgrades and improvements to the plant quality systems for the plant

6. Directs personnel engaged in inspection & testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities & products for plant

7. Plans, promotes & organizes training activities related to product quality & reliability & Lab system to develop personnel across the plant

8. Responsible for all quality control hold & release decisions made at the plant on a daily basis with for the plant

9. Ensure safe operating conditions in lab and take action if necessary for the plant.

10. Responsible for products traceability and recall management systems (supervise the implementation of the product recall system, perform mock recalls to assure system compliance) for the plant

11. Drive organization capability in coordination with HR and Operations capability manager for the plant

12. Responsible to communicate cross-functionally concerning quality issues for October

13. oversee Lab Purchases & lab equipment upgrading plan for plant

14. Establish & implement Calibration Plan for lab equipment and critical process gauges for the plant

15. Support cross functionally with Manufacturing & Research & Development on the new innovation projects

16. Responsible to plan and fix outcomes of different kinds of audits for labs across the plant

17. Supervise FLC program product quality monitoring in the market and deliver weak link report in market to R&D Dept.

18. Work closely with Vendor quality assurance team to help with implementation of Vendor development programs by providing the required testing.

19. Execute Regional Co
- Lab sample program to ensure reliability of lab results.

20. Analyze quality related customer complaints.

21. Follow up monthly on control process of destruction of the rejected raw materials, trial product, returned expired product..etc.

22. Ensure that the code of conduct and Pepsico values are adhered to and that the disciplinary code is enforced.

23. Report monthly customer complaints.

24. Report "in Plant & In market Weak Link"

25. Execute food safety audit programs and training plans for different levels of personnel in each operation and ensure that the training plan is fully applied through the food safety team in each site.

26. Ensure that all CFI sites are in full compliance with the food safety last updated legal and regulatory requirements issued by MOH, Ministry of Industry, commerce & NFSA

27. Execute the training plan for Ops team to have the skills/capability to comply with Quality Systems (train the trainers, plan for training and deliver training etc.)

28.Review periodic quality reports/results received from each area in Ops and supply chain, conduct analysis on the findings and generate quality trends & recommends corrective actions -if necessary
- and ensures implementation and compliance.

29. Responsible for customer complaints management starting form complaints receiving and investigation, root cause analysis, correctives action plans and follow up to ensure continuous improvements in complaints results

30. Responsible for products traceability and recall management systems (supervise the implementation of the product recall system, perform mock recalls to assure system compliance) for

31. Ensure full implementation of ISO standards and develop the required internal audit matrix and plans for systems monitoring/sustaining to meet CFI annual targeted scores and certification requirements

32. Deal with all governmental/customer protection offices related to customer satisfaction

33. Executes CFI compliance systems and procedures document control including all Q&FS/SC/OPS departments systems and financial processes documentation

Qualifications:

- SC Chemistry.
- At Least 5 yrs. Experience in Quality Control Management of similar position.
- Experienced with Good Laboratory Practices & sensory techniques (GLP).
- Experienced with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experienced with HACCP system (preferable).
- Technical Knowledge of Quality Management System & concepts.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control techniques.
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills
- Fluent English language
- Computer literate.
