We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. As a Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform reconciliations of financial accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in coordinating external audits and maintaining relationships with auditors.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
